Villa Sapphire Black, a breathtaking 7 bedrooms villa, is located at Kanalia area, just 100 meters away from the sea. It’s a brand new villa that was built on July 2021 and has a panoramic view of the center of Mykonos overlooking “Little Venice “ ,the famous windmills as well as the harbour. The internal and external spaces are drawn with luxury in mind, offering the beholder to enjoy any imaginable comforts while on vacation. Located on a stunning plot of land of 5700 m2. Villa Sapphire Black consists of one building site and offers a total living area of 600 m2. The spacious entrance floor accommodates superb living areas such as a living room with view to Mykonos Town, a TV room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest WC. In addition, in the entrance level there is a designed corridor that takes you in two of the rooms. On the upper floor there is an independent guest room with its own private entrance.

At the ground floor there is an indoor heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi as well as the gym, the spa area and a bathroom. Next to the spa area there are two staff rooms as well as large storage room. Additionally, on the ground floor there are 4 rooms and the laundry area.

All bedrooms are spacious and have en-suite bathrooms, while the villa comes with 2 members of staff.

The outdoor area hosts a magnificent swimming pool which leads to the sitting rooms and bedrooms. There are also outdoor sitting and dining areas under wooden pergolas and private furnished verandas for all the bedrooms and the guest room. The villa is accessible by a private road and parking area is provided.

The Back Yard

The back yard has two seating areas. There is direct access from the parking area while you have access in the main building and the pool area.

Pool Area

Villa Sapphire Black offers a big pool area with many cute spots around. The pool size is 86,25 m2. Around the pool area you will find 10 sunbeds, 3 double sunbeds in the pool and poofs, while there are two more seating areas with sofas as well.

External Open-air Breakfast & Dining areas

There are two outdoor dining areas. The first dining area consists of one table and 20 seats. It has direct access to the pool area, the barbeque area and the main kitchen. From the first dining area there is view to Mykonos Town (Little Venice and the Windmills), pool view and view to Tinos Island. The second dining area consists of one table and 8 seats, it is located on the pool area level and it has access to the main kitchen and barbeque area as well.

BBQ Area

The barbeque is fully equipped with a gas BBQ, a fridge and one sink while there is direct access to the main kitchen.

The front yard

At the front yard there are decorated paths that leads you to the pool, the parking area and the rooms around the villa. The front yard has a variety of cactus and Myconian plants that create a unique atmosphere harmonized with the landscape of the island.

The living room has a central AC system in all rooms and areas.

Living Room Area

Villa Sapphire Black offers a unique living room area of 15 m2 that is consisted of Woodden sofas. The living room offers a unique sea view and view to Mykonos Town. From the living room you have direct access to the pool, the TV room, the shared bathroom, the indoor dining area and the main kitchen while, there is access.    

Kitchen

The Villa Sapphire Black offers a fully equipped professional kitchen of 18 m2 with independent entrance. The cooking equipment consists of all the basic professional utensils such as gas stove burners, electric burners and blenders. In addition, there are all the coffee facilities such as Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine. The kitchen has direct access to the BBQ area, to the outdoor dining area, to the pool area and to the parking area.

Shared Bathroom

The share bathroom is 10,67 m2 located in the main building and can be used from the pool area, the BBQ area and the kitchen. It has been made for common use and it is a fully equipped with WC amenities.  

Indoor Dining Area

The indoor dining area can host up to 10 people, it has direct access to the living room, the shared bathroom, the pool area and the outdoor dining area while it offers unique sea view and pool view.

The corridor

Villa Sapphire Black has a decorated corridor of 14 meters that takes separates the rooms from the living areas.

Bedroom 1

The first en-suite bedroom is 31,1 m2 with a furnished balcony. The bedroom has South-East orientation and offers a unique sea view and view to Mykonos Town. The room provides a Queen size bed, one double open/closed closet with safe box, a 50’’ smart TV and a fully equipped bathroom. From the first bedroom there is access to the pool area.

Bedroom 2

The second en-suite bedroom is 32,38 m2 with a private furnished balcony. The bedroom has South-East orientation and offers a unique sea view and view to Mykonos Town. The room provides a Queen size bed, one double open/closed closet with safe box, a 50’’ smart TV and a fully equipped bathroom as well as an indoor seating area for two.  

Ground Floor

The ground floor is divided in two parts. The first part consists from the spa area the indoor pool, the gym, the massage room and the staff rooms while second part consists from the laundry room and three   

The First part:

The Indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi

The indoor heated swimming pool is decorated as a “Secret Luxury Cave” with traditional Cycladic materials. It is 26 m2 and it has jets and seating area that makes it jacuzzi as well. The indoor swimming pool is in the shares the same space with the Massage and the Gym room. It has its own bathroom as well.  

The Gym

The gym has all the required equipment as any private gym. It shares the same space with the massage room and the indoor swimming pool area.

Laundry Room

The laundry room is 20,13 m2 and it has storage closets, washing machine, and a dry machine. The laundry room has direct access to the ground floor bedrooms. 

Staff Rooms

The Villa Sapphire Black has two double en-suite staff rooms. One is used by villa’s staff and the second on is at the disposal of guests’ staff. 

Common Bathroom

At the ground floor there is a fully equipped bathroom with open shower. This can be used from all the spa and gym area.

The Second Part:
