The Villa consists of 5 spacious en-suite bedrooms and can welcome up to 12 guests. 3 double bedrooms are in the main building where they offer unlimited spectacular views of the Aegean Sea and Delos Island. There are also 2 guest houses with their own independent entrance. The first guest house comes with 2 double beds and the second with one. The warm white Mykonian light enters from the spacious windows and bathes all the areas of the Villa. In the outdoor area you can enjoy your private pool or the unique sunset where in summer period the sun sets right in front of the villa and its wonderful colors fill your soul with a sense of peace. The Asset of Villa Deloxenia is the unique location and sunset/sea views. The property stands just opposite of the island of Delos which is an UNESCO World Heritage Site and is one of the most important archeological, mythological, and historical sites of Greece.

Villa Deloxenia offers a huge living room of 93m2, with two seating areas that can easily host up to 15 people. The living room has a unique view to the Aegean Sea and Delos Island, while there is unique sunset view as well. It is equipped with a 60’ Smart TV and sound system. From the living room there is direct access to the pool area, the common WC and the kitchen.

The indoor dining area is part of the living room and can hosts up to 10pp, it also offers a great sea view,
