Mykonos Superview Villa Chiara is a traditional Mykonian house situated
in the serene area of Houlakia, located just 5.5 km from the picturesque
Mykonos Town.  

The Villa enjoys a magnificent view of the ancient Delos & Rhenia islands, as
well as of the neighboring Tinos Island, while you can savor the stunning sunset
view during the evening hours, with the dusk colors and the sun diving in the
horizon right in front of your balcony.

Villa Chiara features spacious exterior areas for guests to enjoy,
with the most impressive element being the large infinity pool, where guests
can have a refreshing dive while relishing the wonderful view. There is also a
shower and WC by the pool for convenience. A big pergola provides the
perfect shade for the outdoor dining and bar area, ideal for meals in the open
Mykonos air or for BBQing on the premises.

Layout

The villa unfolds in three levels:

Upper Level

At the upper level there is a master bedroom with double queen size bed and
its own ensuite bathroom. Guests can enjoy the stunning view from their bed
or while sitting at the outdoor lounge of the private terrace of the room. The
room also features an indoor sitting area.

Entrance Level

On the entrance level, there is a sitting area with a fireplace, a dining area for
up to 8 guests, a kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances and a WC.

All areas have direct access to the big pergola-shaded veranda with the
splendid sea view, where up to 10 guests can dine.  

Pool Level  

A few steps lower from the entrance level, we find the pool area. At this level,
next to the pool there is a separate studio of 30 m2, which features a double
bedroom with king size bed, an ensuite bathroom and a mini bar area. This
room has direct access to the pool and garden area.

Lower Level

At the lower level there are two twin bedrooms sharing a large bathroom and
a WC. Each of the rooms features two single beds and has access to a shared
spacious terrace with sea view and a green garden along the frontside.  

Independent Guesthouse

At the lower level, there is an independent guesthouse with separate entrance
and private deck terrace with sea and garden view. The guesthouse features
a bedroom with double bed, an ensuite bathroom and a kitchenette.

All areas have air-conditioning. The villa has a parking area for up to 5 cars.

Location

Villa Chiara is located in Houlakia Bay, Mykonos.

Houlakia is in the north-western part of the island where you can see the nearby islands of Syros, Tinos and parts of Delos. It is just a short 5-10 minutes walk to the famous Armenistis lighthouse, where you can enjoy the most amazing sunsets views (that can surely compete with the supposedly famous Oia sunsets in Santorini!).

​In addition, Houlakia is cherished for its serenity and offers visitors an escape from the hustle and bustle of the nearby Mykonos Town, while still being just minutes away.
